9. International transfers, retention and security

Because the site is delivered through Cloudflare's global network and email may be handled by service providers, technical data and correspondence may be transferred across borders. For transfers controlled by the operator, we limit them to what is needed to run this website and communicate with you, do not use them for marketing or profiling, and apply any notice, consent, contractual, assessment or other safeguard required by applicable law.
